LABORATORI NAZIONALI DI LEGNARO
The measurement of gas permeability of materials consituting the SPES target represents a possible solution for predicitng the material release properties off-line. For this reason, in 2010 a set-up operating at room temperature was built in Leganro within the collaboration between Prof. Innocentini and LNL-INFN (SPES group). The promising results led us to further develop our system in order to simulate the real conditons, i.e. the high temperature of the target. A description of the set-up and of the theory beyond the high temperature measurement will be presented.
