GIUSEPPE POLICASTRO ENS Parigi. Recently the hydrodynamic regime of supersymmetric field theories has been reconsidered by several groups. I will discuss the results that have been obtained from the AdS/CFT correspondence, and some attempts to construct an effective field theory formulation.
