LABORATORI NAZIONALI DI LEGNARO
After a brief introduction to organic compounds with different functionalities (like semiconductors, conductors, ferroelectrics, superconductors) of interest for electronic and optoelectronic application where both fundamental aspects and practical applications will be described, the interest will be focused on n-type semiconductors of interest for field effect applications and to the in vacuum techniques for the realization of organic films, single crystal and devices. A part of the seminar will be dedicated to describe Emerging Routes in Organic Electronics.
