TO: MODIFIED NEWTONIAN DYNAMICS (MOND) AT ALL ASTROPHYSICAL SCALES
SESZIONE DI TORINO MOND needs non-baryonic DM (classical neutrinos are too light) in galaxy
clusters as demonstrated beyond a shadow
of a doubt by the bullet cluster. I present a no-frills model which
couples MOND with an 11eV sterile neutrino
that fits the constraints of cluster DM, the lack of DM in spirals and
ellipticals, the acoustic peaks of the CMB
and (potentially) the formation of structure. This is the only
cosmological model which can match data on all
astrophysical scales and, unlike the Lambda-CDM model, it is testable.
