abstract:The self-consistent analysis is a trend in the field of ion beam analysis. Boosted by improvements on the accuracy of fundamental physics models and databases, the self-consistent approach consists in fitting multiple ion beam measurements to a unique model of the target. This ensures the use of the information contained in one measure as a boundary condition whenever applicable on the calculation of the others. With a smooth learning curve for previous SIMNRA users, MultiSIMNRA enables the self-consistent analysis using SIMNRA calculations and provides an interesting platform for multi spectra calculations.
